Mr. Ravi Teja Koppalli serves as the founder and chief executive officer of Acrux IT Services Private Limited, where he oversees management in the digital publication, IT, and medical sectors, as well as the operational activities of Acrux in India, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Mr. Koppalli has held this position since 2016. Before his current role, he acted as the Innovation and Product Owner at a product development and healthcare-oriented company, where he focused on empowering and collaborating with physicians to address fundamental and persistent issues related to clinical and financial underperformance within the complex healthcare landscape in the United States. Earlier in his career, Mr. Koppalli contributed over a decade of service to several multinational corporations across India, Dubai, and the United States. Mr. Koppalli is dedicated to nurturing and attracting future leaders to foster a resilient organization. He exhibits a strong commitment to collaboration with like-minded individuals and organizations that emphasize mutual growth through coordinated efforts. His long-term vision encompasses the establishment of a rich heritage, a distinguished business culture, and valuable social assets for the organization. Ms. Rushyendramani Koppolu is the founder, managing director, and head of sales and marketing at Acrux IT Services Pvt. Limited, a distinguished leader in the field of digital publishing that offers comprehensive solutions tailored for the industry. In her capacity as managing director, she is tasked with defining the strategic direction of the company and spearheading Acrux’s initiatives to establish a robust presence in the global market. Her primary focus lies in promoting technological innovation, sales strategies, and solutions specifically for the publication sector. Ms. Koppolu maintains an extensive network of clients across the globe and regularly engages with leaders within the publishing industry. Her profound knowledge and expertise contribute significantly to 90% of Acrux’s successful projects. Prior to founding Acrux, she served as a design engineer at Cyient Limited in Hyderabad, where she was involved with aerospace publications and the management of process documentation. Ms. Koppolu possesses a clear vision for advancing the sales and marketing segment to effectively convey Acrux’s capabilities in the global arena. She plays an essential role in accomplishing operational excellence for Acrux, thus facilitating the organization’s success on an international scale. Ms. Koppolu holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Koneru Lakshmaiah College of Engineering.
Chandra Kiran Reddy: Integrating Efficiency with Effectiveness
Chandra Kiran Reddy Bommu serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at Acrux IT Services Limited, where he supervises the Information Technology, Human Resources, and Administration departments. In this capacity, he is tasked with the development of strategies and policies in collaboration with the respective heads of these departments to fulfill the organizational objectives. Furthermore, Chandra Kiran has the responsibility of reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and the board of directors regarding the performance of the departments under his oversight. Possessing a profound understanding of the interdepartmental dynamics and a comprehensive knowledge of relevant governmental laws, regulations, and protocols, he plays a crucial role within the organization. Chandra Kiran holds a Master’s degree in Management from Alliance University, Bangalore.
