Mr. Ravi Teja Koppalli is the Founder and chief executive officer of Acrux IT services Private Limited with management oversight for Digital Publication, IT, and Medical industries and services of Acrux business in India, USA, UK, and Australia. As a collective region, Growth Markets accounted for nearly 3 Cr billion in revenues in the fiscal year 2019.

Ravi has helmed his current role since 2016. Prior to this role, Ravi was Technical Lead for 2 years in Product Development, Reventics PVT Ltd, which empowering and partnering with physicians to address the fundamental and longstanding problems of clinical and financial under-performance in a highly complex US healthcare environment. Before that, Ravi Teja severed for one year as a Senior Software Engineer in Karvy Services. He also served as Software Engineers for 4 years in Cyient Limited.

Ravi Teja believes in developing and attracting future leaders for a robust organization. He is passionate enough to collaborate with like-minded people and organizations who trust in combined growth with mutual coordination.

Ms. Rushyendramani Koppolu is Founder, Managing Director and Head of Sales & Marketing of Acrux IT Services PVT. Limited, the global Digital Publication leader who provides complete solutions for the industry.

Ms. Rushy as a role of Managing Director and Head of Sales & Marketing is responsible for architecting the company’s strategic direction and heading Acrux towards establishing firm foot print in the Global market. She is mainly focusing on driving technology innovation, Sales, and solutions for the Publication industry.

Ms. Rushy is part of a very big customer network across the globe and regularly interacting with leaders of the publishing industry. With her exceptional knowledge and domain skills alone credits 90% of ventures for Acrux.

Prior to establishing the Acrux. Ms. Rushy was worked for 4 years as a Design Engineer at Cyient Limited, Hyderabad. She was mainly involved in Aerospace publications and handled process documentation. Ms. Rushy carries a clear vision in leading the Sales & marketing segment to project Acrux capabilities in the global market. She is playing a key role in the mission of achieving higher levels of Acrux operational excellence to competent to outperform in the global market.

Ms. Rushi has a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics

Engineering from Koneru Lakshmaiah College of Engineering.

Radha Krishna - Instilling creativity to solve problems

Mr. Radha Krishna Chinnam is one of the Board of Directors of Acrux IT services Private Limited who have principled management oversight for Digital Publication and other general Industrial services. He has vast industrial experience in handling big organizations.

His keen involvement within operations team helped to boost the business with best result oriented strategies. He always strives to solve operational challenges in a logical way and get things easy for Production operations.

He always believes in developing, encouraging, and mentoring leaders who become an asset to the organization. He is whole-hearted enough to collaborate with like-minded people and organizations.

Mr. Radha Krishna has attained his Masters in Arts from Osmania University, Hyderabad. And also honoured with Bachelor of Law from Nagarjuna University, Guntur

Sriram - Empowering Sustainable Business Growth with Ethics

Sriram Viriyala is a Head of Operations - Managalagiri Location for Acrux IT Services Limited. In his role as Head of Operations drive the production Leads and Subject Matter Experts in the direction of the company, promotes Acrux client-first culture, and focuses on ensuring sustainable growth and driving long-term internal shareholder values.

Sriram is a broadly experienced operations and technology executive with a proven track record of driving Project team transformation through focused execution, often in challenging and highly competitive Digital Publication segment.

Prior to Acrux Sriram served as Managers, DST World Wide Services India Private Limited and spent over 13 years.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the Andhra University, Kakinada.

Narasimha Rao - Instilling the Art and Science of Management

Narasimha Rao Kari is a Head of Operations for Hyderabad location in Acrux IT Services Private Ltd. Apart from heading the Hyderabad operations he also designs policies, overseeing customer service, and implementing technology solutions. He is a responsible leader with an analytical and strategic mind and has a broad knowledge of the business. He committed to productivity and compliance.

Narasimha heading the MIS and Invoice departments. Also actively involved in ISO security and Quality compliance initiations.

Prior to Acrux, Narasimha Rao worked in Cyient Limited for 24 years as Senior Project Manager. He has directly involved in process automation and improvements that generate additional revenue for the Organization.

He holds Master's degrees in Sales Management from Periyar University, Salem.

Chandra Kiran Reddy- Blending Efficiency with Effectiveness

Chandra Kiran Reddy Bommu as a Chief Administrative Officer leading the IT, HR and Administration departments in Acrux IT Services Limited.

Chandra Kiran works with IT, HR, and Admin department in-charges to devise strategies and policies to meet the organization's objectives and goals, and reports on the performance of the various departments under his supervision directly to the CEO and board of directors. Chandra Kiran is very familiar with the workings of different departments, and knowledgeable about laws, rules, and regulations of Government.

He holds Master's degrees in Management from Alliance University, Bangalore.
